As payment apps become more popular, scammers are using them to con victims. 

There will be a link to a website to cancel the payment. Don't click it. Victims who clicked the link have reported several different scams, including phone calls that claim to be coming from their bank along with the theft of bank account numbers and money.
Protect yourself by ignoring any messages from unknown numbers claiming to be from Zelle or other payment apps.
If you have the slightest doubt, contact your bank directly about the payments.
